1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Atheer ("the Platform"), operated by Bricks ("Bricks", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Atheer is an influencer relationship management platform that enables agencies to discover, manage, and collaborate with social media influencers. The Platform provides tools for campaign management, content tracking, payments, and analytics.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
- You may not share your account with others or transfer it without our consent.
4. Influencer Registration
- By registering as an influencer, you confirm that you are the owner of the social media accounts you connect.
- You authorize Atheer to access and display your public profile information from connected platforms.
- You agree that your profile information may be shared with Bricks' clients for campaign consideration.
- Phone number verification via SMS is required for registration.
5. Instagram Data
- When you connect your Instagram account, we access only the data you authorize (profile information, follower count, media).
- We do not post, modify, or delete content on your behalf.
- You may disconnect your Instagram account at any time.
- Our use of Instagram data complies with Meta's Platform Terms.
6. Campaign Participation
- Being listed on Atheer does not guarantee campaign opportunities.
- Campaign terms, deliverables, and compensation are agreed upon separately for each campaign.
- You are responsible for delivering content as agreed and in compliance with advertising regulations in Kuwait.
- Payments are processed according to the agreed terms for each campaign.
7. Prohibited Conduct
- Providing false or misleading information about yourself or your social media metrics.
- Using fake followers, bots, or engagement manipulation services.
- Impersonating another person or claiming ownership of accounts you do not own.
- Attempting to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.
- Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
The Platform, its design, features, and content are owned by Bricks. You retain ownership of your social media content. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to display your public profile information and content metrics.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Bricks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to you through the Platform in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuwait City.
